Parish of Clapham
were in addition 145 deaths of Clapham inhabitants in
institutions outside its borders, so that the corrected
number of deaths for this parish was 809, a number
which exceeds the decennial average by 99. The
death-rate was 15.47, or uncorrected 13.28. The rate
shows a considerable fall on that of 1899 and exceeds
the decennial average by 0.11. The following table gives
these figures for the last ten years for purposes of
comparison.
