III.— Bread and Cereals.

The following articles were examined and found genuine:—

During the year, in the course of my general
practice, I met with a sample of foreign flour containing
a small percentage of maize, but none of that shipment
reached the Wandsworth District so far as we could
ascertain, all our local samples being correct in this
respect.
