Dlarrhœa.
There were 162 deaths referred to this cause,
a larger number than in any of the last ten
years, and exceeding the annual average, corrected for
increase of population, by 62. Most of the deaths occurred
in the third quarter of the year, and the excessive
prevalence of Diarrhœa was associated, as usual, with a
warm, dry summer.
