REPORT
ON THE
HEALTH AND SANITARY CONDITION OF THE
ENTIRE DISTRICT, 1895.
Population. The population, estimated in the usual way
to the middle of 1895, was 182,101, being an increase of
6,528 on the preceding year.
Births. The total number registered during the year
was 4,737, of which 2,866 were males and 2,371 females.
They were distributed in the sub-districts as follows:—
