Medical Officers of Health Annual Report.
The usual form as to employment of young persons
and children was sent to H.M's. Inspector of Factories
where such were employed.
I have also to report that the work of the Sanitary
Department has been carried out by the Sanitary
Inspectors with thoroughness and discretion, the new
regulations laid down by the Committee not only centralising
the work more, but also giving each of the
Inspectors greater experience in every branch of the
work of that department.
