An additional correction must, however, be made,
to ascertain the true mortality, by the inclusion of the
death of parishioners in Institutions outside the subdistrict.
Table II. shows the number of deaths in these
institutions, from all causes, from zymotic diseases, and
from various groups of diseases.
The total number of deaths which occurred in these
institutions was 191, an increase of 16 as compared
with 1894. 130 of these deaths occurred in the Union
Infirmary, 51 in general and special hospitals, &c., and
10 in the various hospitals of the Metropolitan Asylums
Board.
