ON THE
HEALTH AND SANITARY CONDITION OF THE
ENTIRE DISTRICT, 1892.
VITAL STATISTICS.
The population estimated in the usual way
to the middle of 1892 was 162,245, being an increase of
5,314 on the previous year.
Population.
The total number registered during the year
was 4,256, of which 2,136 were males and 2,120 females.
The number of births and the birth.rates in the several
sub.districts, are compared in the following Table:—
