Inquests and
Uncertified Seven inquests have been held throughout
Deaths. the year in this Parish, as seen from the
following table. Of these five were due to
drowning, which seems to be in this quarter a favourite
method of committing or attempting to commit suicide.
This of course is doubtless due to the proximity of such
a long stretch of the River Thames.
