INFANTILE MORTALITY, 1914.
Of the 4,269 corrected deaths, 728 are infants under one year
of age. The total number of registered births is 8,188, and, of
these, 564 occurred at the Lying.in Hospital, and belong to districts
outside Lambeth Borough, 23 occurred at the Workhouse, and
belong to districts outside Lambeth Borough, and 421 occurred
at the Maternity Hospital and belong to districts outside Lambeth
Borough. In this way, the corrected number of births for the
