registered in public institutions in the district are excluded. (See note on Table i. as to meaning of terms " resident" and " non-residents.")
(6) Deaths of residents occurring in public institutions, whether within or without the district, are allotted to the respective localities according to the
addresses of the deceased.
(c) Deaths under 1 year are not corrected, and the gross total of sub-columns d agrees with the total of column 5 in Table i.
