The following comments relate to samples noted as unsatisfactory:
Cheese
Two samples of cream cheese were procured and upon analysis they
proved to be processed cheese. The samples were taken from a large
multiple store and it was felt that the cheese had been inadvertently misdescribed
by an assistant in the shop and an official caution was issued.
Fish
An official caution was issued to a fishmonger within the Borough for
describing and selling red fish as sea bream.
