Licences for the sale of special designated milk under the Milk (Special
Designation) (Pasteurised and Sterilised Milk) Regulations, 1949, were granted
as follows:-

ICE CREAM
Six samples of ice cream were taken for bacteriological examination
with the following results:-
Grade 1: 5 Grade 2: 1 Grade 3: - Grade 4: -
Samples classified within Grade 1 and 2 are satisfactory.
