POST WAR HOUSING DEVELOPMENT
I am indebted to the Borough Engineer and Surveyor for the following
information which shows the outstanding achievement of the Borough
Council in post war housing.
The number of new dwellings completed by the local authority and private enterprise together by the end of 1950 was 866 details of which are as follows:—
