The highest day temperature, observed on October 3rd was 71°. The lowest night temperature, observed on October 15th, was 33°, Gales of wind on 12th, 13th, 20th, and 21st. Thick fog in forenoon of 15th. Extraordinary display of Aurora Borealis on evening of 24th, and again on evening of 25th. |
