APPENDICITIS.
The deaths due to appendicitis maintain their average record, 24 having
been registered as contrasted with an average of a similar number during the
last 9 years.

SEPTIC DISEASES.
These include Erysipelas, Pyaemia, Septicaemia and so-called Puerperal
Fever, and as a group caused 52 deaths as contrasted with 43 in 1910, and 40
in 1909.
