...STREETS AND PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS IN WHICH INFECTIOUS
DISEASES OCCURRED.
The following Table shows the streets in which the notifiable infectious
diseases occurred during the year. It is remarkable to again find that
such streets as Campbell Road and Queensland Road, the two worst
streets, judged by the character of their inhabitants, in Islington were
comparatively free from serious infectious diseases. Thus in Campbell
Road there were only 2 cases of Diphtheria and 1 case of Scarlet
Fever, while there was no case of Enteric Fever, or Typhus Fever, although there
