In this table all primary notifications are included, and also other
new cases of tuberculosis coming to the knowledge of the Medical Officer
of Health during the year.
The total cases for 1930 show a total decrease of 54 on those of 1929.
There was a decrease of 28 males and 41 females among the pulmonary
cases. Non.pulmonary showed an increase of 10 males and 5 females.
There was also a large decrease in the number of non.notified deaths.
Out of the total cases primarily notified in 1930, 23 died, and the
following table shows the period between notification and death of
these cases:—
