respect of total samples, and only by West Ham in respect of milk
samples.

"Of total samples the average of the County of London was for last
year 39.4 per 10,000. The City of London heads the list with 488.3,
and is followed by the City of Westminster with 99.7. The two boroughs
with the lowest proportions are St, Pancras and Greenwich, with 21.5
each. Of milk samples, the highest proportions were 236.3 in the City
of London and 51.1 in Southwark, and the lowest 8.0 in Hampstead
and 8.5 in Stoke Newington.
