The following work of supervision has been carried out during the
year by Mr. David:—
MILKSELLERS.
During 1911, 107 new names were added to the Register of Milksellers,
and 79 names were removed during the same period. The total
number of milksellers actually on the Register at the end of the year
was 456.
The sale of milk was discontinued at 16 premises, and the business
of milkseller was newly started in 25 instances.

1,346 inspections of the various milkshops were made. The following nuisances were discovered, in respect to which 10 Intimation notices were served:—

Animals in milkshops1 case
Total17 cases

All the above nuisances were remedied.
