| Defects.—The treads of the stairs are in a worn condition. The seats and flushing apparatus of the water closets are defective, the closet basin connections leak, the sink at end of each corridor is defective, the fireplaces in the tenements are broken, window sashes are broken, the doors and cupboards are without proper fastenings, the dust shoot doors are broken, the washhouses are dilapidated, the coping and palisades of the roof are broken, portion of the roof is sunken, the chimney pots are broken, and many of the closets are in a foul condition. | |||||||||||||||
