House to house inspections have been carried out in the following
localities: —
Empress street, Goschen street, Horsman street, Dodson street,
Burman street, Redcross street, Lamlash street, Hayles street, Barron's
place, King James street, Minor place, Lant street, Sturge street, Stamford
street, Bennett street, Disney street, Harrow street, Broadwall,
Brunswick street, Surrey row, Tower street, Clock passage, Gravel lane,
Little Surrey street, Milcote street, St. Gabriel street, Park street, Great
Suffolk street, Boddys bridge, Zoar street, Westminster Bridge road, St.
Margaret's court, Queen's Arms' court, Upper Ground place. Gray street,
Webber row, Sumner street, Sutherland place, Lant place, Webber
street.
During the year 2,118 inspections and 5,413 re-visits have been made
of the various houses in this district.
1,116 intimation and 547 statutory notices have been served. 1,138
sanitary works have been carried out.
