The following Work of Supervision has been carried
out during the year by Mr. Weatheritt—
MILKSELLERS.
During the year 1902, 139 applications to be registered as Milksellers
in the Borough were received at this office. The number of Milksellers
actually on the Register at the end of the year was 427.
734 inspections of the various Milkshops were made during the year,
and with the exception of the following instances the whole of the
premises were found to be in a clean and satisfactory sanitary condition.
