9 blood specimens from doubtful cases of Enteric Fever were examined.
One positive result was obtained.
One swabbing from a doubtful case of Puerperal Fever was submitted,
and the result of the examination was reported negative.
All these examinations were carried out at the Seamen's Hospital,
Greenwich.
Smallpox.
The outbreak of Smallpox, which commenced in Poplar in March,
1928, continued, and during 1931 102 cases occurred (see footnote.)
