Spraying and Cleansing Floors of London County Council Schools
with Electrolytic Disinfecting Fluid.
1,148 gallons were supplied to London County Council Schools
for spraying and cleansing floors of classrooms.
Swimming Baths, the Use therein of the Electrolytic Fluid.
The fluid continues to be added to the water in the swimming baths
in the same proportions as mentioned in the Annual Report for the year
1909, viz., 1 part of Chlorine to 2,000,000 parts of water. 2,065 gallons
were supplied to the Poplar Baths, 2,354 gallons to the Bow Baths,
358 gallons to the Island Baths, and 1,070 gallons to the open-air
swimming baths, making a total of 5,847 gallons.

Cleansing of Verminous Children.
The arrangements for cleansing of verminous school children were
continued throughout the year.
The bathing, etc., of the children and the disinfection of their
clothing is kept quite distinct and separate from the bathing and disinfection
of Smallpox contacts and their clothing.
