Note.—(a) The total of the figures in Columns 3 to 11 should agree with the figure in Column 2.—The number of children successfully vaccinated after the
declaration of conscientious objection had been made was 19. This number is included in Column 6 and not in Column 3.
(b) The figures in Columns 2 to 11 should not include re-registered births.
