4. Other Observations, if any.—There is very little demand for cream
or preserved cream in this Borough and shopkeepers do not, as a rule,
stock these articles.
Margarine Act, 1887, Sale of Food and Drugs Act, 1899,
and the Butter and Margarine Act, 1907.
One application was received to register premises for the carrying
on of business of wholesale dealer in margarine.
The following is the number of premises in each Sub-District of the Borough registered under the above-mentioned Acts, up to and including 31st December, 1923, viz.:—
