Samples were taken on delivery, viz., 7 Poplar Institution.
5 Out Relief Stores, 5 St. Andrew's Hospital, 5 at Railway Stations,
1 at a L.C.C. School, and 1 at the canteen of a firm in the Borough. All
the samples were genuine. The Guardians were communicated with
in regard to the samples procured at the Poplar Institution and OutRelief
Stores, and the Managers of St. Andrew's Hospital were informed
of the results of analyses of samples taken at their institution.
In a large number of cases the Public Analyst reported samples of
milk to be genuine but " Poor in solids," " Poor in fat," " Fair
quality," " Very poor quality," etc.
Administrative Action regarding Articles reported to be not Genuine, etc.
