its own station for school children in North Bow, or arrange with Stepney
or Bethnal Green to provide a station accessible to that district.
The Committee were not prepared to recommend the Council to incur
the capital expenditure and maintenance charges involved in providing
additional accommodation, and recommended that the Council concur
in the view expressed by the Committee, and the London County Council
be so informed.

ended 31st March, 1918, and for Year ending 31st March,
1919; Spraying and Cleansing Floors of London County
Council Schools with Electrolytic Disinfecting Fldid ;
Swimming Baths, the use therein of the Electrolytic Fluid ;
Comments on Adverse Criticisms.

At the seven depots the electrolytic fluid was still in great demand by the public.

Since the beginning of August, 1914, the fluid has been manufactured
of greater strength, being afterwards broken down to half strength for
distribution.
