Demolition orders (section 11) Housing Act, 1936, and Closing orders under
section 10, Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1953
The following is a list of cases involving procedure for demolition
orders or for complete closure of houses which originated in or were
complied with during 1955, together with the present position of cases
