There were no deaths in the following groups: respiratory
tuberculosis, syphilis, typhoid and paratyphoid fevers, diphtheria,
whooping cough, measles, influenza, gastritis and duodenitis, hernia and
intestinal obstruction, gastroenteritis and diarrhoea, other diseases of
early infancy, convulsions, and lack of care of the newborn.
