Brockwell Park Lido
All samples were satisfactory during the summer season. During the
winter season the water was treated with chemicals by hand. This is obviously
not as efficient as mechanical purification. The formation of ice on the surface
of the water hindered treatment and may have been the cause of the presence at
certain times of small numbers of Coliform bacteria.
Kennington Park Lido
The results obtained were similar to Brockwell Park Lido.
Shirley Oaks Swimming Bath
All samples were found to be satisfactory.
