Five further cancellations were made too late to fill the
vacancies.
In the Autumn. 160 old folk .were taken to Margate in two
Parties on 12th and 19th September, respectively.
While at Margate the second party was visited by His Worship
the Mayor of.Lambeth accompanied by the Mayoress, the Chairman
of the Public Health Committee and the Medical Officer of Health.
