The T.B. Allowance Scheme: Memo. 266/T.
The operation of the scheme continues to work smoothly but
the unfair division between those who shall benefit and those who
shall not still causes much heartburning. It is to be hoped that
this arbitrary separation of sufferers into two groups will cease
when national health service schemes are in action.
