Lambeth Milk Assistance Scheme (Free & Aided Supplies). The Lambeth Milk Assistance Scheme continues to prove its usefulness in providing milk food in its most suitable form for young children whose parents are unable to secure it of their own resources. The scale of income is that recommended by the Ministry of Health on 22nd August, 1922, and is as follows:—
