During the year 12 inspections were made and 7 certificates
granted.
London County Council (General Powers) Act, 1928.
Action taken under section 28.
In four cases only was it necessary to obtain a magistrates'
order under this Section. Several old people were induced to
enter the London County Council Hospital without the need for
application for orders
