Sixty-three of these children were referred to hospital for treatment, 17 for
the removal of tonsils and adenoids, 18 for dental treatment; the other ailments,
included talipes equinus, greenstick fracture, poliomvelitis, ringworm, foreign
body in abdomen, cœliac disease, phimosis, and squint.
Mothers and children attending the Municipal Centres during 1930 were referred to other departments or organisations for assistance as follows: —
