[Report of the Medical Officer of Health for Hampstead Borough]

At South End Close, South End Green, 140 flats are provided, as
follows :— 20 one-bedroom, 78 two-bedroom, and 42 three-bedroom
flats. Each is provided with a scullery, bath, etc. The following
rents are now charged : one-bedroom flats, 19s. per week plus light;
two-bedroom flats, 23s. 6d. per week plus light; three-bedroom flats,
28s. per week plus light. (Top floor flats, 2s. 6d. per week less.)
These dwellings are still under the control of the Borough
Council.
