Reports in respect of unsatisfactory samples were received in respect of nine samples as follows:-
1. | Excess moisture in Margarine | (1) |

4. | Borax & Honey | (2) |
5. | Tincture of Iodine | (2) |
Action taken in respect of these samples as follows:-
1. A communication was addressed, to the suppliers and in view of the
fact that the article was manufactured outside the United Kingdom,
a letter was also sent to the Ministry of Health for their information
2 & The adverse reports in respect of these informal samples were due
3 to the fact that they did not contain dairy creem. Further
investigation showed that an appropriate notice was exhibited at
the place of purchase
