Food Poisoning:
During the year there were no cases notified under the Food and Drugs
Act, 1938, amongs Finsbury residents.
Bakehouses:
There are 25 bakehouses in use in the Borough of which 17 are Basement
Bakehouses and in 22 bakehouses machinery is used. 89 visits of Inspection
were made during the year and ten notices were served for cleansing and
other matters.
