(4) Legal Proceedings.
On 51 occasions during the year it was necessary to take legal
proceedings to enforce compliance with the requirements of Notices
served.
In 11 of these cases Nuisance Orders were made by the
Magistrate with the infliction of fines and costs amounting to
£43 14s. 0d.
