PUBLIC HEALTH (PRESERVATIVES, &c., IN
FOOD) REGULATIONS, 1925 to 1927.
Ten formal and 11 informal samples taken under
these Regulations were found to contain preservatives,
to wit, sulphur dioxide, in parts per million, as follow:

Pour formal samples and five informal samples of
condensed milk were taken under these Regulations.
All the samples were found to comply with the Regulations.

REGULATIONS, 1923.
No samples of dried milk were taken during the
year.
