The Vital Statistics in this report have been calculated
on the estimated resident population of the
Borough at the middle of the year 1931 of 109,200.
CENSUS, 1931.
The full results of the Census taken in 1931, are
not yet published at the time of preparing this report,
but I have obtained from the Registrar General in
advance of publication such figures as are available.
