Bakehouses.
There were 32 bakehouses on the register at the end of the year.
All of these are classed as factories, and 29 of them use mechanical
power. 89 inspections were made and 3 notices served.
Five of the bakehouses were "basement bakehouses" within the
meaning of Section 54 of the Factories Act, 1937.
