Vital Statistics.
POPULATION.
The Registrar-General's estimate of the mid-year home population
of Battersea was 114,800 as compared with 116,400 in 1952, a decrease
of 1,600 (1.4 per cent).
The estimated mid-year home population figure of 114,800 has been
adopted for the purpose of the statistics contained in this Report.
