During the year, No. 259, Old Brompton Road was found not
to have been used as a basement bakehouse for over twelve months
and in accordance with Section 54 of the Factories Act, 1937,
it cannot legally be used as a basement bakehouse in the future.
SUPERVISION OF FOOD SUPPLIES
General
There are no abattoirs or slaughterhouses in the borough
and no killing of animals for human consumption is carried out.
