Mayor Lemen,
I have the honour ro submit. the Annual. Report on the health
and sanitary conditions of the Borough for the year 1942. In
accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Health this
report is in a summarised form and the General Statistics and the
birth and death rates are not available in the usual form.
