Certain buildings in the London County Council redevelopment
area (Dovehouse Street/King's Road/Manresa Road) are due for
demolition near to 1st November, 1960, the date on which the Council
has requested the Order to become operative, and these have
accordingly been exempted from the provisions of the Order. This
exemption will apply only for so long as the present buildings remain
standing and any new buildings erected on the sites will come within
the terms of the Order,
