PUBLIC HEALTH STAFF.
The following changes in the personnel of the Staff took
place during the year. Mr. W. H. Collins was appointed as
Sanitary Inspeclor in place of Mr. A. E. Bache, who retired
in April on reaching the age limit under the Council's Superannuation
Act. Mr. Bache, who was a very conscientious officer,
had been in the service of the Council and its predecessors for
34 years.
Mr. G. Longley was appointed a Grade "A" Clerk in
place of Mr. A. G. Thomas, who resigned on taking up an
appointment of Sanitary Inspector at Godstone.
