The 18 instances where matters needed attention included 4
cases where the premises generally, or kitchen and scullery particularly,
needed cleansing and lime-washing, 9 where the sanitary
arrangements were defective, 2 where the gutting sheds were not
satisfactory and 2 where the yard was foul. The trade of gutting
and curing was stopped in one case owing to the premises being
unsuitable.
