the Medical Officer of Health for the area in which the hospital was situated.
(2) In addition, 12 cases of Camberwell residents were diagnosed in hospitals outside the Borough.
(3) Includes 53 cases of non-residents occurring in hospitals in this Borough, and in addition 4 cases
of Camberwell residents were diagnosed in hospitals outside the Borough.
